After yesterday's decision of the UN International Court of Justice, Baku has rushed with a new lawsuit against Armenia.

"On the basis of the Berne Convention, the first interstate procedure of Azerbaijan's lawsuit against Armenia over environmental pollution during the occupation has started," Azerbaijan Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov said, according to APA.

"The next stage we are waiting for is to determine the arbitrator who will represent Armenia on the part of this state and to form a court. In this court the environmental crimes will be assessed," Elnur Mammadov said.
