The incident occurred in the early morning of February 23 on Kapitan Orlikova Street. Soon one of the local residents felt the smell of burning and called 112.

Emergency Situations Ministry officers arrived on the scene and eliminated the fire. As a result of the fire a window frame burned down in the building.

According to preliminary data, the attacker threw a bottle of fuel through the window of the military registration and enlistment office. Law enforcers are now establishing the identity of the arsonist.
