EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar is once again arriving in our region, he wrote on his Twitter microblog.

This time Klaar will start his visit from Yerevan.

"Back in the region for a series of consultations to follow up on leaders’ meetings in Munich, starting with Yerevan. Look forward to good meetings in the morning," he wrote.

Toivo Klaar was last in Armenia on January 23. He had meetings and discussions with high-ranking officials.

On February 18 during the Munich Security Conference a trilateral meeting was held between the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
