Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar on February 24.

The sides discussed the implementation of agreements reached within the framework of the Armenian-Azerbaijani talks in Brussels, the Council's press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The sides exchanged views on issues related to the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
