Representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan met with the participation of Russian peacekeepers. Agreements were reached on the resumption of electricity and gas supply to consumers in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The command continues negotiations on resumption of unimpeded vehicular traffic through the Lachin corridor.
