Head of EU diplomacy Josep Borrel announced the adoption of the 10th package of sanctions against Russia. 

121 individuals and entities on the list, significant new import/export restrictions, a ban on Russian propaganda agencies.

He also explained that as part of the sanctions, the EU targeted those responsible for the deportation and forced adoption of at least 6,000 Ukrainian children.

The 10th package of anti-Russian sanctions was adopted on the anniversary of the entry of Russian troops into Ukraine.
