Azerbaijan and Russia are among the countries that execute the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) the least.

According to 2021 statistics published by haqqin.az, citing Statist, only 4% of ECHR judgments are executed by Azerbaijan. The Russian Federation executed 10% of the judgments rendered against the country.

Estonia has executed all the judgments (100%) issued by the ECHR, the Czech Republic (96%) is second and Austria (89%) is third in terms of the execution of judgments of the ECHR.
