Eleven of the 23 persons injured in the school bus accident in Armenia and transferred to the Kapan city medical center have been discharged from the hospital last night, the Syunik provincial hall informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"Seven children and five adults continue to receive treatment in the hospital. The condition of the children is satisfactory, that of the adults—severe," the provincial hall added.
A bus carrying a group of staff and students of the secondary school of Okhtar village of Syunik Province to Kapan had an accident Friday in Arajadzor village of the same province, and fell from five meters into a valley. As a result, Tamara Davtyan (born in 1970), who was the teacher of this school, was killed. And 23 people—14 schoolchildren, 8 teachers, and 1 service staff—were injured.
