Newly appointed US Ambassador Kristina Kvien on Friday met with governor Ararat Grigoryan of Armenia’s Vayots Dzor Province and governor Robert Ghukasyan of Syunik Province to discuss the economic and security situations in these regions, the US Embassy Yerevan informed on Facebook.
“She pledged continued U.S. support for Armenia’s sovereignty and independence,” the embassy added.
