By the decree of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Tigran Parvanyan has been dismissed from the post of Commander of the Joint Armenia-Russia Military Contingent
This decision was adopted on the basis of the Armenian Prime Minister's proposal.
Parvanyan was appointed to the aforesaid position in 2018—by the decree of then President Serzh Sargsyan.
Before that, Parvanyan held the position of Commander of the 1st Army Corps of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
