Toivo Klaar, the European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, met with Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Monday.
“Honoured to have met Mevlut Cavusoglu today in Brussels,” Klaar wrote on his Twitter account.
