The Azerbaijani side on Thursday opened fire at the farmers carrying out spring sowing in Khnatsakh village of Armenia’s Syunik Province, Seyran Mirzoyan, head of Khnatsakh village, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"My friend and I were also there. We suffered no damages. They [i.e., the Azerbaijanis] don't let us sow the plowed land, they shoot regularly. [This] is the first year that such a problem has arisen," added the village head.
