Four more people were arrested in Azerbaijan who are suspected of "collaboration with Iranian special services."
They are Sheikh Aladdin Ibrahimov, Karbelay Yusif, Arif Fataliyev, and Elsever Isayev, reports Haqqin.az.
Fataliyev and Isayev were convicted for violating the law during the 2012 protests "against the ban on wearing the hijab."
