Azerbaijani defense minister Zakir Hasanov has left for Kazakhstan on an official visit at the invitation of his Kazakh counterpart, Ruslan Zhaksylykov, Azerbaijani media report.

At the meeting to be held within the framework of the visit, the prospects for the development of cooperation between the two countries in the military, technico-military and education-military spheres, as well as some other matters of mutual interest are planned to be discussed.
