The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Wednesday visited the two Azerbaijani servicemen who had crossed the state border of Armenia. Zara Amatuni, the Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the ICRC Armenia office, told Armenian News-NEWS.am about this.
The Red Cross workers met separately with these soldiers, and they sent messages to their families through ICRC mediation.
