The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Investigative Committee has launched proceedings into the criminal case that was opened in connection with the March 30 shooting, from Azerbaijani combat positions, in the direction of Berdashen village resident H. Z., who was doing agricultural work with a tractor in the aforesaid village of Martuni Region of Artsakh.
The respective criminal investigation is in progress, the Artsakh Investigative Committee informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
