The Governorship of Istanbul has again banned holding Armenian Genocide commemoration.
The governorate denied the initiative group's request to hold a mourning event in Kadikoy district of Istanbul on April 24 dedicated to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims, reports Agos Armenian weekly of Istanbul.
