The fourth international conference, entitled "Shaping the Geopolitics of the Greater Eurasia: from Past to Present to Future,"  and dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of Azerbaijani ex-president, the late Heydar Aliyev, started Wednesday in the Azerbaijani-occupied Armenian Shushi city of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

Azerbaijan's president Ilham Aliyev is also attending this conference, Azerbaijani mass media reported.
