There is no agenda to drive Russia out on the agenda of relations between Armenia and the European Union and Armenia and the United States. This was stated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia in response to a written inquiry of Armenian News-NEWS.am, regarding the statement made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his press conference on Monday.

We had asked the MFA to comment on the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, according to whom the US and its Western allies advise Yerevan to remove the Russian military base and border guards from Armenia, expressing readiness to help ensure Armenia's security.

Referring to the aforesaid statement of Lavrov, PM Pashinyan had stated that Yerevan had not received such a signal.
