The ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran successfully tested a multirotor bomber drone designed and built as part of a project called Arbaeen, Tasnim reports.

The UAV was designed, developed and manufactured by the IRGC Self-Sufficiency Jihad Organization.

This lightweight rotorcraft is capable of carrying a 7 kg bomb and dropping it on a target from a height of 500 meters.
The new IRGC drone can also simultaneously carry and launch 10 small missiles aimed at various targets.

“Terrorist groups operating in the country's northwestern and southeastern borders often exploit hard-to-reach areas for their activities. Therefore, the deployment of such equipment, which is capable of executing missions in various geographical conditions and is cost-effective compared to other methods, is a suitable choice for the IRGC ground force,” Tasnim writes.
