The Supreme Assembly of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party of Armenia is calling for pan-Armenian mobilization. This is noted in the statement issued by the 26th Supreme Assembly of ARF Armenia. The statement reads as follows, in particular:
"The Armenian people and the Armenian statehood are facing the gravest existential threat.
Azerbaijan's continued aggression will lead to a new genocide and the de-Armenianization of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], will call into question the future of Armenia's statehood.
The Supreme Assembly of ARF Armenia is calling for PAN-ARMENIAN MOBILIZATION at this crucial moment.
ARTSAK'S RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION IS NOT SUBJECT TO BARGAINING
There is an alternative to the defeatism and powerlessness imposed by the [incumbent Armenian] authorities.
With the reaffirmation of national solidarity and pan-Armenian potential, we can and must:
Restore the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity,
Restore the country's security system, to increase the country's defense capability and the combat readiness of the Armenian Army with national awareness of the nation-army,
Effectively use international law and international platforms, combine the geopolitical interests being pursued in the region, the support of Armenia's strategic allies and diplomatic resources to protect and advance the strategic interests of Armenia and the Armenian people,
In the context of international law, expose and condemn Azerbaijan's crimes against humanity and specifically the Armenian people,
Stop foreign-born plans that destroy our national identity, to establish real democracy, public solidarity and justice in the country,
Strengthen the capabilities of Armenia through the combination of pan-Armenian forces, creating a strong and competitive state, which will prevent—with uncompromising resistance—the annexation of Artsakh, the de-Armenianization of Artsakh, and the pan-Turkish plans forcing vital concessions on Armenia, pursued by the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem.
It goes without saying that the prerequisite for facing the above-mentioned challenges and making a breakthrough in the existing situation is the formation of a national government and the construction of a new quality state.”
