It is obvious that the Russian side has obligations within the framework of the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020; for example, to ensure the uninterrupted passage of the Lachin corridor, which it does not fulfill. Alen Simonyan, speaker of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia told about this to reporters Tuesday.

"Even Russia is unable deny it anymore. It's another question what option do we see and how do we imagine the solution to that issue. Do we imagine that Russian, Belarusian, and Kazakh soldiers should come and shoot at soldiers? Of course not.

"Are there political levers that should be used? Yes there are. Do I assess that these political levers are not used sufficiently by our partner? Yes, I think so. More levers can be used to solve this issue," added Simonyan.
