Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to the President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The message states as follows, in particular:

"During the last three decades, Armenian-Belarusian interstate relations based on mutual respect and trust have been marked by the progressive development of mutually beneficial and effective cooperation in various domains.

"I am convinced that the mutual aspiration to further deepen the Armenian-Belarusian cooperation, the active dialogue at the high and highest levels will continue to contribute to the strengthening and expansion of the bilateral agenda, as well as effective cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, for the benefit of the peoples of Armenia and Belarus."
