In Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, the delegation led by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Vahe Ghazaryan, on Monday had a meeting with Renatas Pozela, Chief Commissioner of the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Lithuania, the Police of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen and develop cooperation between the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia and the Police of Lithuania in a number of domains.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues of cooperation between the Armenian and Lithuanian police were discussed in terms of their activities.

As a result of the meeting, the parties signed an Action Plan for 2023-2024 on "Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation between the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania."
