Donald Trump was released from a Miami court without any restrictions. They considered that the former US president is not inclined to run away, The New York Times reported.

The presiding judge's aforesaid decision applies also to Trump's former aide Walt Nauta.

According to the decision, the former US president can continue his election campaign and meet supporters.

Trump was arrested for the presentation of the charges, but he was not handcuffed.

The arrest was lifted after he pleaded not guilty, and the presiding judge decided that there was no need to keep him in custody.
