RA Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan wrote on his Twitter page that members of the EU civil observer mission in Armenia visited the territory of the factory under construction in Yeraskh.

“EU monitors visited the construction zone of metallurgic factory in Yerask, that was under shootings by Azerbaijan,” he wrote. 

Earlier, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported that the Azerbaijani side opened fire in the direction of a metallurgical plant under construction with foreign investments in Yeraskh, as a result of which two Indian citizens were wounded.
