A tripartite meeting was held Thursday in St. Petersburg, Russia, with the participation of Prosecutor General of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov, and Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev.

Vardapetyan expressed concern regarding Azerbaijan's failure to fully fulfill the humanitarian requirements of the tripartite statement signed by the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020, and its attempts to aggravate the situation.

Also, Prosecutor General of Armenia reflected on the events that took place in recent days—the fire opened by the armed forces of Azerbaijan in the direction of Armenian positions and civilian facilities near Yeraskh village and Tegh village area of Armenia—, and emphasized that these are a direct consequence in the absence of a clear assessment condemning them, the non-return of Armenians being held in Azerbaijan, as well as non-fulfillment of other agreements arising from the aforesaid statement.

At the end of the meeting, the Prosecutor General of Armenia reaffirmed the latter's priority for the fulfillment of humanitarian demands, and stressed that these demands have not been fully fulfilled by Azerbaijan.
