In connection with yesterday's incident involving Russian peacekeepers near the Khagari Bridge, Armenia expressed its strong dissatisfaction with the incident during a meeting with the Russian ambassador to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today. Called to take all necessary measures to clarify the circumstances of the incident and remedy the situation.

To remind, yesterday, June 15, at about 08:40 a.m. a group of servicemen of the Azerbaijani border service made an attempt to move in the direction of Khakari bridge to set up a flag on the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

As a result of the measures taken by the Armenian side, an attempt to move the Azerbaijani soldiers and plant the flag on the territory of the Republic of Armenia was prevented.
