The flags of Armenia and the United States were raised Tuesday at the metallurgical plant under construction in Yeraskh village of Armenia’s Ararat Province.
Azerbaijani military positions are several hundred meters away from the plant.
The Azerbaijani side targets the territory of this plant on a regular basis.
And on June 14, two Indians working at this plant were wounded due to these Azerbaijani shootings.
