Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with a delegation led by Nathalie Loiseau (France), Chair of the Subcommittee on Security and Defense of the European Parliament, Armenian News-NEWS.am learns from the Security Council office.
The Security Council chief emphasized that Armenia-EU relations are developing steadily, which includes the security sector. Also, Grigoryan lauded the activities of the EU civilian monitoring mission in Armenia and stressed that it contributes to having a more stable and safe region.
Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Loiseau, for her part, noted that in order to strengthen bilateral friendly relations and cooperation, it is necessary to take active steps, particularly in such difficult political conditions for Armenia.
