At Thursday's Cabinet session, the government of Armenia decided to provide a state loan of 2.9 billion drams (approx. US$7.5 million), from the tax revenues of the 2023 state budget, to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The rationale for this decision states that this loan will be provided for additional funding aimed at easing the social tension created in Nagorno-Karabakh during the post-war period.
