Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law allowing detention for 30 days for violating martial law.
Amendments that introduce fines and arrest for violating the requirements of the martial law regime were submitted to the State Duma in mid-May, RBC reports.
Now martial law has been introduced in Luhansk and Donetsk, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
