Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: We learned from our sources in Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] that an unprecedented number of Russian helicopters have been entering and leaving Artsakh in recent days, about which conflicting information is circulating.

According to some, the Russian peacekeepers [in Artsakh] are doing a "shift change," others claim that they are bringing humanitarian goods, especially medicine to Artsakh where the situation is exacerbating day by day.

Now, they deliver bread from [Artsakh capital] Stepanakert's bakeries to regional shops every other day due to the same diesel fuel problem. Also, the villagers are unable to sell their crops—by bringing [them] to Stepanakert.

It is noteworthy that in these conditions the authorities are also silent; everyone is on standby mode.
