The authorities of Armenia show by their actions their indifference towards the people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Seyran Ohanyan, head of the opposition "Armenia" Faction of the National Assembly and former defense minister of Armenia, told this to reporters at Tuesday’s SOS Artsakh protest in Yerevan.

According to him, the incumbent Armenian authorities are afraid to say that Artsakh had self-determined during the collapse of the USSR.

"The independence of Artsakh has nothing to do with the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," Ohanyan emphasized.
