Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan attended Thursday’s sitting of the National Assembly (NA).

The matter of the course and results of the implementation of the 2022 program of the Artsakh President, as well as the action plan for 2023 were on the agenda the Artsakh President's office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Also, Harutyunyan answered the questions raised by the NA members regarding domestic and foreign policies, as well as measures to overcome the Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh.
