Azerbaijani agitprop presents, on a daily basis, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) vehicles as ordinary means of transport.

It is about the transportation of seriously ill patients from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia.

"Thanks" to the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, the patients from Artsakh are being transported to Armenia with the assistance of the ICRC. And Azerbaijan uses that transfer for false claims about "free movement."

But there can be no talk of any "free," even more so, safe transportation, at least for the simple reason that people are transported, medicines and basic necessities are transported through the ICRC and the Russian peacekeeping troops.

Moreover, Azerbaijani sources specifically claim that there is no obstacle to the transportation of patients.
