The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan has accused the French president of expressing an "anti-Azerbaijani opinion."

"Another anti-Azerbaijani opinion, in which he unilaterally defends Armenia and does not reflect the truth,” expressed by French President Emmanuel Macron, at a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Marseille “is unacceptable," the Azerbaijan MFA told APA news agency.

According to the media, the French president said that he will continue his efforts to the best of his ability.
