The head of the press service of the U.S. Department of State during a briefing said that, in their opinion, the talks between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington were "constructive.”

"We believe the talks have been constructive. Secretary of State (U.S. Anthony Blinken - ed.) will meet again this afternoon with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan and will meet with both of them together, and he will speak, as I said, publicly," Miller said.

According to him, there are a number of problems that were discussed during the talks, and the U.S. Secretary of State will touch upon them this afternoon (local time).

However, he refused to comment on the question about holding a new round of negotiations.
