Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia Aram I had a telephone conversation with Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, Cilicia Catholicosate reports.

“On Friday, June 30, a telephone conversation took place between His Holiness Patriarch Aram I and the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan. His Holiness reaffirmed his full support for our people in Artsakh.

Then the Patriarch reported on his meetings with the Prime Minister of Greece... and the President of Cyprus on the issue of Artsakh and especially on their stance.

President Harutyunyan, in turn, touched upon the challenges that Artsakh is currently facing. The interlocutors also stressed the importance of the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination,” the statement says.
