Russia and Cuba have resumed regular flights. The first regular flight since the suspension of flights in 2022 took off on Saturday to Varadero from Sheremetyevo, TASS reports.
The flight is operated by Rossiya Airlines (part of Aeroflot Group Companies) on Boeing-777 aircraft for 457 passengers.
Flights will operate twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays. From September, the flight program will be expanded to three flights per week.
