A shocking incident occurred in Thailand when a "dead" woman unexpectedly "resurrected" on the way to her own funeral, Daily Mail reports.

49-year-old Chataporn Sriphonla "died" on June 29 as she was being transported from the hospital to her home in Udon Thani province.

Her grieving elderly mother, Mali, called her relatives to inform them about her daughter's death.

As they traveled in a minibus to the Ban Dung district, paramedics assumed that Chataporn stopped breathing and apparently died.

The van with the woman's body was leaving their home for Wat Sri Phadung Pattana temple, where the "corpse" was about to be left overnight, when the woman suddenly "resurrected."
After that, the woman was again hospitalized.
