The embassy of Belarus in Dutch The Hague was attacked, the staff of the diplomatic mission told Sputnik Belarus.

Attackers broke the glass and left graffiti on the walls of the embassy, the police managed to detain one suspect.

“Yes, we confirm the act of vandalism against the building of the Belarusian embassy in the Netherlands. Broken glass, soiled facade. The arriving squad of law enforcement officers detained the attacker,” the Foreign Ministry told Sputnik Belarus.

One of the latest attacks on the Belarusian embassy abroad took place in December 2021 in London.
