Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Armenian News-NEWS.am learns from the press service of the Office of the Security Council.

The meeting took place Thursday at the White House.

The parties discussed the regional and broader extra-regional security situation and challenges. In this context, the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia presented to his interlocutor the approaches of the Armenian side on several important matters.

Also, the interlocutors discussed matters of bilateral interest; in particular, they emphasized the development of bilateral cooperation in the framework of energy, economy, and democracy.
