President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan received Tatyana Bakalchuk, founder and executive director of Wildberries online retailing network of Russia and chairperson of the Russian-Armenian Business Council, the President's office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

During the meeting, the prospects and possibilities of online retailing development, as well as the domains of cooperation with the national postal operator of Armenia, HayPost, were discussed.

Also, Bakalchuk briefed President Vahagn Khachaturyan on the rapid pace of expansion of the activities of Wildberries in Armenia, and emphasized that new joint projects with Armenian business circles are planned in the near future, too.

The President, in turn, stressed the effective interaction of this international online retailer and Armenia’s entrepreneurs, and emphasized that the Armenian government has adopted the principles of creating an appealing business and investment climate, and is supporting businesses and production organizations.
