On July 7, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Galuzin had a conversation with Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Vahe Gevorgyan, Russian MFA reports.
“Key aspects of bilateral cooperation, regional and international issues were discussed.
A detailed exchange of views took place on the situation in the Lachin corridor and around [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh as a whole. The course of work on the draft peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan was analyzed. The need to intensify efforts in all directions of the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement was outlined in accordance with a set of tripartite agreements at the highest level in 2020-2022.
The issues of cooperation between Russia and Armenia in common integration associations - CIS, EAEU and CSTO, were touched upon," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
