The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, within the framework of the Dubrovnik Forum, met with the Vice-President of the European Commission, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.
“Exchanged thoughts with EU High Representative/European Commission VP Josep Borrell on topics of Armenia-EU partnership on the margins of Dubrovnik Forum in Croatia,” he wrote on Twitter.
