Meghri Mayor Bagrat Zakarian received the Director of the Armenian office of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) Madeleine Rauschenberger, the head of the Energy Saving project (ECOserve) Christian Henschel, the head of the Good Governance for Local Development South Caucasus project Benedict Wimbauer. This was reported by the administration of the city of Meghri.

Together they visited the construction site of the bridge leading to the Vanq-Kaler settlement of Meghri to get acquainted with the ongoing work.

Part of the financing of the bridge construction project is provided by the Armenian office of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
