There is an impression that those speaking about the Baku-Stepanakert dialogue, first of all, the representatives of the West, have never heard anything about the direct threats made by Baku, the steps taken to [Armenian] ethnic cleansing Artsakh, the specific murders carried out on Baku's instructions.

In general, all those who push Artsakh into Baku's arms, into "direct dialogue," so to speak, should at least note what international guarantees they can provide, what format it will have, who will the parties negotiate as, which powers own those negotiations and the commitments-agreements to be recorded with them? Is there a platform? For example, at least according to the version of the OSCE Minsk Group. Apparently not; that is, there is no platform, no guarantees. And in such a case, the statements, exhortations, notes about "direct dialogue" are empty talk and intentions pursuing the nefarious goal of throwing the Armenians of Artsakh, who are already put in a difficult and inhumane situation, into the jaws of a vampire and an anti-human enemy. Intentions poorly disguised by the no less bloody veil of civilization, by the way.
