The matter of Russia's non-provision of arms and ammunition to Armenia under the contract continues to remains an agenda matter in Armenian-Russian relations, but it was not discussed with the Russian side at the recent security council secretaries' meeting recently held in Minsk. Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, stated this in an interview with the VOA Armenian Service.
"All issues should be openly, calmly discussed with our partners in order to find a solution because these issues have strategic importance for Armenia. We hope these issues will be resolved because they are very important to Armenia. We hope that there is such a perception that they are very important to Armenia," said the Security Council head.
