The National Assembly of Armenia has convened a special session today.
There are four matters on the agenda.
One of the matters is on making a change in the structure of the Armenian government. Accordingly, the prime minister will be authorized to form a committee for the selection of candidates nominated by Armenia for the position of judge in international courts.
